Términos y Condiciones — Dominó: El Venezolano
Vigentes desde el 22 de octubre de 2026.
Estos términos regulan el uso de Dominó: El Venezolano (paquete com.arcaelas.domino), un juego de Arcaelas. Al descargar, instalar o usar el juego, aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no lo uses.
Licencia de uso
Te damos una licencia personal, gratuita, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para instalar y usar el juego en los dispositivos que controlas, con fines personales y no comerciales, de acuerdo con estos términos y con las reglas de la tienda desde la que lo descargaste.
No puedes:
- Vender, alquilar, sublicenciar ni distribuir el juego o partes de él.
- Copiar, modificar, descompilar o aplicar ingeniería inversa al juego, salvo en la medida en que la ley lo permita expresamente.
- Usar el juego para fines ilegales, incluidas las apuestas con dinero, o para molestar, amenazar o suplantar a otras personas.
- Interferir con las partidas de otros jugadores ni intentar ver información de la mesa que no te corresponde.
El juego
El juego reproduce el dominó venezolano en parejas, contra la computadora o en red local con otras personas conectadas a la misma wifi. Los puntos de la partida no tienen valor en dinero, no se pueden canjear y solo sirven dentro del juego. El juego es gratuito, no tiene compras dentro de la aplicación y no muestra publicidad.
Partidas en red y mensajes
Las partidas en red local se juegan directamente entre los teléfonos de los participantes, sin pasar por servidores nuestros. Quien crea la mesa decide quién se une, mediante códigos de invitación de un solo uso.
Eres responsable del nombre visible que eliges y de los mensajes que escribes en la mesa, que reciben todos los jugadores de la partida. No publiques contenido ofensivo, discriminatorio, ilegal ni datos personales de nadie. No revisamos los mensajes, porque nunca pasan por nosotros, y no respondemos por lo que escriban otros jugadores. Si alguien te molesta, sal de la mesa y no vuelvas a unirte a sus partidas.
La calidad de una partida en red depende de la wifi y de los dispositivos de los participantes. No garantizamos que una partida no se interrumpa.
Propiedad intelectual
El juego, su código, su diseño, sus textos, sus gráficos y sus sonidos son propiedad de Arcaelas o se usan con licencia. Las tipografías se usan bajo la licencia SIL Open Font License. El dominó y sus reglas son de dominio público. Estos términos no te transfieren ningún derecho sobre el juego, salvo la licencia de uso descrita arriba.
Privacidad
El tratamiento de datos se describe en la Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos términos.
Tiendas de aplicaciones
Si descargaste el juego desde Google Play, también se aplican las condiciones de Google Play. Si lo descargaste desde el App Store, también se aplica el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final estándar de Apple. En ese caso, estos términos son entre tú y Arcaelas, no con Apple; Apple no es responsable del juego ni de su contenido, no tiene obligación de darle mantenimiento ni soporte, y es tercero beneficiario de estos términos con derecho a hacerlos valer frente a ti.
Actualizaciones
Podemos actualizar el juego para corregir errores, mejorarlo o cumplir con requisitos de las tiendas o de la ley. Algunas funciones pueden cambiar o dejar de estar disponibles.
Sin garantías
El juego se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin determinado y no infracción, en la medida en que la ley lo permita.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida máxima que permita la ley aplicable, Arcaelas no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni de la pérdida de datos o de partidas, derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de usar el juego. Como el juego es gratuito, nuestra responsabilidad total, si la hubiera, no superará el monto que hayas pagado por él. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que la ley de tu país te reconoce como consumidor y que no se pueden renunciar.
Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el juego en cualquier momento desinstalándolo. La licencia termina automáticamente si incumples estos términos; en ese caso debes dejar de usar el juego y desinstalarlo.
Cambios a estos términos
Si actualizamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma dirección y actualizaremos la fecha de vigencia. Si sigues usando el juego después del cambio, aceptas los términos actualizados.

Effective October 22, 2026.
These terms govern the use of Dominó: El Venezolano (package com.arcaelas.domino), a game by Arcaelas. By downloading, installing or using the game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
License
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the game on devices you control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
You may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the game or any part of it.
- Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except to the extent the law expressly allows it.
- Use the game for illegal purposes, including gambling with money, or to harass, threaten or impersonate other people.
- Interfere with other players' games or try to see table information that is not meant for you.
The game
The game recreates Venezuelan dominoes in pairs, against the computer or over the local network with other people on the same Wi-Fi. Game points have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed and are only usable inside the game. The game is free, has no in-app purchases and shows no ads.
Network games and messages
Local network games are played directly between the participants' phones, without going through our servers. Whoever creates the table decides who joins, using single-use invitation codes.
You are responsible for the display name you choose and the messages you write at the table, which every player in the game receives. Do not post offensive, discriminatory or illegal content, or anyone's personal data. We do not review messages, since they never go through us, and we are not responsible for what other players write. If someone bothers you, leave the table and don't join their games again.
The quality of a network game depends on the Wi-Fi and the participants' devices. We do not guarantee that a game will not be interrupted.
Intellectual property
The game, its code, design, texts, graphics and sounds are owned by Arcaelas or used under license. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Dominoes and their rules are in the public domain. These terms do not transfer to you any right over the game other than the license described above.
Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
App stores
If you downloaded the game from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. In that case, these terms are between you and Arcaelas, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
Updates
We may update the game to fix bugs, improve it or meet store or legal requirements. Some features may change or stop being available.
No warranties
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arcaelas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or games, arising from the use of or inability to use the game. Since the game is free, our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
Termination
You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. The license ends automatically if you breach these terms; in that case you must stop using the game and uninstall it.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll publish the new version at this same URL and update the effective date. If you keep using the game after the change, you accept the updated terms.
