Términos y Condiciones — La Arepera
Vigentes desde el 22 de octubre de 2026.
Estos términos regulan el uso de La Arepera (paquete com.arcaelas.arepera), un juego gratuito de Arcaelas. Al descargar, instalar o usar el juego, aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no lo uses.
Licencia de uso
Te damos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para instalar y usar el juego en los dispositivos que controlas, con fines personales y no comerciales, de acuerdo con estos términos y con las reglas de la tienda desde la que lo descargaste.
No puedes:
- Vender, alquilar, sublicenciar ni distribuir el juego o partes de él.
- Copiar, modificar, descompilar o aplicar ingeniería inversa al juego, salvo en la medida en que la ley lo permita expresamente.
- Usar trucos, programas de terceros o fallas del juego para obtener billetes, niveles, logros o puntajes que no ganaste jugando, ni para alterar las tablas de puntaje.
- Vender, comprar o intercambiar fuera del juego los billetes o el progreso del juego.
- Usar el juego para fines ilegales.
El juego
La Arepera es un juego de gestión en el que cosechas, preparas y vendes arepas, construyes tu local y contratas empleados. Los billetes, los empleados, sus niveles, las mejoras y cualquier otro elemento del juego son ficticios: no tienen valor en dinero, no se pueden canjear por dinero ni por bienes reales y solo sirven dentro del juego. Los nombres y personajes del juego son ficticios.
El juego es gratuito: se descarga y se juega completo sin pagar. No tiene compras dentro de la app ni anuncios.
Servicios de juego
Si inicias sesión en Google Play Juegos o en Game Center, el uso de esos servicios se rige por las condiciones de Google y de Apple. Tus logros y puntajes se muestran en esos servicios con tu nombre de jugador. Podemos corregir o eliminar puntajes obtenidos con trucos o fallas del juego.
Propiedad intelectual
El juego, su código, su diseño, sus textos, sus gráficos, sus modelos, su música y sus sonidos son propiedad de Arcaelas o se usan con licencia. Las tipografías se usan bajo la licencia SIL Open Font License. Estos términos no te transfieren ningún derecho sobre el juego, salvo la licencia de uso descrita arriba.
Privacidad
El tratamiento de datos se describe en la Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos términos.
Tiendas de aplicaciones
Si descargaste el juego desde Google Play, también se aplican las condiciones de Google Play. Si lo descargaste desde el App Store, también se aplica el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final estándar de Apple. En ese caso, estos términos son entre tú y Arcaelas, no con Apple; Apple no es responsable del juego ni de su contenido, no tiene obligación de darle mantenimiento ni soporte, y es tercero beneficiario de estos términos con derecho a hacerlos valer frente a ti.
Actualizaciones y cambios en el juego
Podemos actualizar el juego para corregir errores, mejorarlo, equilibrar su economía o cumplir con requisitos de las tiendas o de la ley. Los precios dentro del juego, las cantidades y el funcionamiento de sus elementos pueden cambiar, y algunas funciones pueden dejar de estar disponibles. Una actualización puede reiniciar el progreso cuando el juego cambia de forma importante; en ese caso el juego te lo avisa.
Sin garantías
El juego se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin determinado y no infracción, en la medida en que la ley lo permita. No garantizamos que el juego esté libre de errores ni que funcione sin interrupciones.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida máxima que permita la ley aplicable, Arcaelas no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni de la pérdida de datos, de progreso o de elementos del juego, derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de usar el juego. Como el juego es gratuito, nuestra responsabilidad total, si la hubiera, no superará el monto que hayas pagado por él. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que la ley de tu país te reconoce como consumidor y que no se pueden renunciar.
Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el juego en cualquier momento desinstalándolo. La licencia termina automáticamente si incumples estos términos; en ese caso debes dejar de usar el juego y desinstalarlo.
Cambios a estos términos
Si actualizamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma dirección y actualizaremos la fecha de vigencia. Si sigues usando el juego después del cambio, aceptas los términos actualizados.

Terms and Conditions — La Arepera
Effective October 22, 2026.
These terms govern the use of La Arepera (package com.arcaelas.arepera), a free game by Arcaelas. By downloading, installing or using the game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the game on devices you control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
You may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the game or any part of it.
- Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except to the extent the law expressly allows it.
- Use cheats, third-party software or game bugs to obtain cash, levels, achievements or scores you did not earn by playing, or to tamper with the leaderboards.
- Sell, buy or trade the game's cash or progress outside the game.
- Use the game for illegal purposes.
The game
La Arepera is a management game in which you harvest, prepare and sell arepas, build your shop and hire employees. Cash, employees, their levels, upgrades and any other game item are fictional: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods and are only usable inside the game. The game's names and characters are fictional.
The game is free: it is downloaded and fully played without paying. It has no in-app purchases and no ads.
Game services
If you sign in to Google Play Games or Game Center, the use of those services is governed by Google's and Apple's terms. Your achievements and scores are shown in those services with your player name. We may correct or remove scores obtained with cheats or game bugs.
Intellectual property
The game, its code, design, texts, graphics, models, music and sounds are owned by Arcaelas or used under license. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. These terms do not transfer to you any right over the game other than the license described above.
Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
App stores
If you downloaded the game from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. In that case, these terms are between you and Arcaelas, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
Updates and changes to the game
We may update the game to fix bugs, improve it, rebalance its economy or meet store or legal requirements. In-game prices, quantities and the behavior of game items may change, and some features may stop being available. An update may reset progress when the game changes significantly; in that case the game tells you.
No warranties
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the game is error-free or will work without interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arcaelas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or game items, arising from the use of or inability to use the game. Since the game is free, our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
Termination
You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. The license ends automatically if you breach these terms; in that case you must stop using the game and uninstall it.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll publish the new version at this same URL and update the effective date. If you keep using the game after the change, you accept the updated terms.
