Aceptación
Al instalar o usar Bolsillito ("la app") aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no la uses.
Licencia de uso
Arcaelas te concede una licencia gratuita, personal, intransferible y revocable para instalar y usar la app en dispositivos que controles, exclusivamente para fines no comerciales personales.
Restricciones
No puedes:
- Distribuir, sublicenciar, vender o alquilar la app o partes de ella.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa más allá de lo permitido por la ley aplicable.
- Eliminar avisos de copyright o marca presentes en la app o en los binarios.
- Usar la app para actividades ilegales o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.
Sin garantías
La app se entrega "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Arcaelas no garantiza que esté libre de errores, sea ininterrumpida, ni apta para un fin particular. Tú eres responsable de respaldar tus datos.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Arcaelas no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, consecuenciales o lucro cesante derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la app, ni por la pérdida de datos almacenados en tu dispositivo.
Datos y privacidad
El tratamiento de datos se rige por la Política de Privacidad. La app guarda toda la información en tu dispositivo y no la transmite.
Terminación
Puedes terminar este acuerdo en cualquier momento desinstalando la app. Arcaelas puede actualizar, suspender o discontinuar la app en cualquier momento.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La versión vigente vivirá en esta misma URL, con la fecha actualizada al inicio.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Chile. Cualquier controversia será resuelta ante los tribunales ordinarios de Santiago de Chile.

Acceptance
By installing or using Bolsillito ("the app") you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
License
Arcaelas grants you a free, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you control, exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, sublicense, sell or rent the app or parts of it.
- Reverse-engineer beyond what applicable law permits.
- Remove copyright or trademark notices present in the app or its binaries.
- Use the app for illegal activity or to infringe third-party rights.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Arcaelas makes no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for backing up your data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcaelas is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the app, or for any loss of data stored on your device.
Data and privacy
Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. The app stores all information on your device and does not transmit it.
Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. Arcaelas may update, suspend or discontinue the app at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will live at this same URL with an updated effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be settled in the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.
